With breathtaking landscapes, ancient monasteries perched on hillsides, and a culture deeply rooted in Tibetan Buddhism, a journey to Spiti Valley is not just a trip—it’s a transformative experience.
It was quite a once-in- a-lifetime event when I visited the Maha Kumbh Mela in Prayagraj on February 23, 2025. The Maha Kumbh Mela, the world’s largest religious gathering, takes place every 12 years at the Triveni Sangam—the sacred confluence of the Ganga, Yamuna, and Saraswati rivers in Prayagraj, Uttar Pradesh. This year’s festival was held from January 13 to February 26, gathering millions of devotees, saints, and visitors from all across India and the world.
